When looking to provide long-term loans, art collectors seek out museums whose exhibitions and programs seem to dovetail with their collections. Thanks to its unique history, but first and foremost to its reputation, we are pleased to be able to present our domestic and foreign visitors with works of art, whose quality and uniqueness bring us feelings of pride and responsibility before collectors, whose trust we have earned over the course of the years. Thanks to our efforts, you have the opportunity to get to know the works of artists, which in the past would have required travelling across Europe or even overseas to experience. We are happy to present attractive and unique paintings and sculptures of such artists from home and abroad to enrich our permanent collection and encourage more people to visit our museum.
