He is known to all people interested in politics as the Chief of Coordination between Shin Bet and Mossad. This position enabled him to capture Adolf Eichmann. In a daring mission in 1960, after much intelligence research, they traced Adolf Eichmann who lived in Buenos Aires. Eitan and his team went to Argentina to kidnap and take him to Israel, where he was tried and found guilty of atrocious crimes against the Jewish people during WWII.
